All membership packages have a $30 initial start-up fee and a full 4-month minimum membership requirement. EFT memberships: credit cards will be charged the 1st of every month. A 30-day cancellation notice is required. You must come in by the first of the month to cancel, a signature is required to cancel further membership charges. All specials and packages will expire in 365 days from purchase.
