Gina Giammanco opened her doors in 1986 ready to fill the needs in Monterey for quality tanning. Right from the beginning Gina loved her work. At that time, Sahara Sun consisted of only 5 tanning beds.

How things have changed since then! With a new location in Toro Park (Salinas) and upgrades, Sahara Sun now has ten beds, one stand-up booth and two Mystic Tanning booths. Sahara Sun Tanning is the exclusive home of Mystic Tan, the new revolutionary Sunless Tanning solution. Sahara Sun has bright sunshine and a clean atmosphere.
